We are seeking expressions of interest to partner on the Money Gym Program from companies engaged in Community Investment as a component of their corporate sustainability framework; companies that are committed to doing what is right by their customers, staff and communities in which they operate.
The Money Gym is designed to meet consumers where they are and to help them create a better future for themselves, their families and communities in association with the sponsors and partners. In so doing it is a social opportunity to outreach into the broader community.
The Money Gym Program is a future ready program. While the knowledge and skills required to succeed change yearly, the deep psychological motivations and barriers to behavioural change remain the same. The Money Gym addresses the psychological components and frontloads any financial literacy program to increase its effectiveness. The Money Gym seeks to increase consumers’ financial capability and engagement with financial and banking services (financial inclusion).
Specifically, we are seeking funding and backing for:
- Publication of the 2015 Getting Sorted Study
- Implementation of the Getting Sorted tracking study
- Development of phases 2-4 of the Money Gym Program
Promulgation of the course through websites, counselling services, workplaces, schools and any other distribution channels
